Biography
Shelby is a native of Grayson, GA where she was born and raised. She graduated from Grayson High School in 2012 where she played softball and threw shotput and discus for the track team. She went on to play softball at Berry College in Rome and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in biology in 2016. She spent two years doing clinical research in pediatric dermatology as well as skin cancer at Emory University in Atlanta. She earned her Master’s of Science in Medicine from Mississippi College in Clinton, MS where she graduated from PA school in 2020. She worked in general orthopedics and sports medicine for 3 years in Mississippi before returning home to Georgia. She continued to work in orthopedics before joining ROC. She currently lives in Rome with her husband and two golden retrievers.
